Mail Inbox Page
This is your record of all mail that is sent to you. From here you can reply back to the customer asking you a question.
A copy of the inbox mail is also sent to your email address on file. Simple click the reply button and it will open the scOOmer reply mail box.

Compose Mail
This is your reply message box to answer the questions from other users.

Sent Mail
After you reply your sent mail box will show a record of the message you sent.
