Diecasm's shipping and return policy is listed below with further details found on http://www.diecasm.com/servlet/the-template/policy/Page All orders shipped via FedEx or USPS in accordance with our shipping provider�s policies and procedures. You may contact our shipping provider to request a shipping schedule and rates. Alternatively and with pre-approval from Diecasm, you may pick-up your item from Diecasm at a designated location. All returns are subject to Diecasm�s return policy as set forth below: (a) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may, within ten (10) days of receipt, return the item for exchange, minus shipping and handling charges, excepts as follows: (i) If the reason for your return is because the item is defective in any manner through no fault of you, then Diecasm will promptly send you a replacement item, or if one cannot be provided, you will be provided with either a Diecasm credit, Diecasm coupon or a full refund. (ii) If the reason for your return is because you do not like the item or the item did not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you will be provided with a Diecasm coupon code good for the value of your purchase, minus shipping and handling charges which shall be sent via email after the item has been received and inspected by Diecasm. (iii) Close-out, Sale, On Sale, Last Chance, Raffle, Regalia, Special Order and Custom Order made items may not be returned for any reason unless it is proven that the items were defective prior to shipment by Diecasm and your receipt of same. (iv) Pre-Order and Back-Order items may not be returned for any reason, however, if requested in writing via email to Diecasm, Diecasm may permit you to order an item of equivalent value at Diecasm's option. (v) Special Order Handling and Special Order One of One Collection items may not be returned for any reason. (b) In order to return an item, please contact CustomerService@diecasm.com to explain the reason for your return. Wherever appropriate, you will be provided with an Authorization Number to be included with the returned item(s) on the inside and outside of the return box. (c) All return merchandise must be received by Diecasm unused and in its original packaging. Do not alter the original packaging in any manner. Please place the original packaging inside a separate container for shipping back to the address stated below. Any items that are not received in their original, unsealed packaging will not be accepted by Diecasm and you will not receive a replacement or refund, although Diecasm, at its sole and absolute discretion, may offer a credit or Diecasm coupon in an amount determined by Diecasm toward a future Diecasm purchase. (d) Diecasm is not responsible for defects or damages caused to merchandise due to your mishandling, misuse or abuse of the merchandise. (e) All returns must be sent to the address defined by Diecasm, LLC in your email which contains your Return Authorization Number.
